1、Technical principle of 2SK water ring vacuum pump
The core working principle of the water ring vacuum pump is based on the"liquid ring compression"mechanism:
Liquid ring formation:When the impeller of the 2SK water ring vacuum pump rotates,centrifugal force throws the working fluid towards the inner wall of the pump casing,forming a rotating liquid ring of equal thickness.
Gas compression:A crescent shaped air chamber is formed between the impeller and the liquid ring.After entering through the suction port,the gas is compressed as the impeller rotates and discharged from the exhaust port.
Double stage structure advantage:The 2SK series adopts a two-stage compression design,where the gas is compressed and further compressed in the second stage,significantly improving the vacuum degree.

Altitude and atmospheric pressure:When atmospheric pressure decreases in high-altitude areas,the actual vacuum level will correspondingly decrease.
